The work was phenomenal. I had asked Dr Rubenstein how long the crowns would be good for and she said normally 15-20 years well she was absolutely correct. At the beginning of the month my wife had flown down to have some crowns and veneers replaced and scheduled to return to have the work finished so I decided to accompany her and get a tune up!!!! My wife was blown away by the results MOVIE STAR SMILE. I was greeted so warmly I remembered just why I choose Prisma, this group of professionals are world class and so caring. It starts with Cesar who handles the scheduling, he is a consummate professional very helpful. The bulk of my work was handled by Dr Nadine Cordero, assisted by Katya, she is so talented and caring, at each step letting me know exactly what to expect. She has the perfect balance her manner is awesome. At one point I asked her how the glue worked, and her response still has me laughing!!!!!!!! I had a little complication and Dr Cordero Snr was called to perform his magic, what a fantastic gentleman doing some very serious implant work and putting my mind completely at ease with a nice touch of humor. I returned a week later to have the finished crowns placed and I could not be happier. The work that these kind and caring dentists performed was exceptional. Prisma is a world class operation. My husband and I were referred by some friends to come to Dr. Rubenstein. We have never traveled out of the US for dental or medical procedures, so we were a little anxious. It was the best decision we have ever made for our teeth! All of the staff at Prisma Dental is so welcoming and friendly. We had total confidence in their expertise. They took care of every one of our needs. Dr. Rubenstein even got me in to see a dermatologist while we were here. At home it takes me at least 6 months to get in for a dermatology appointment. Prisma has all of the technological advances and more than my dentist/oral surgeon has at home. It's unbelievable how they can transform your mouth within a week. Even with the extensive work they performed, they made sure we were not in any pain. It was their highest priority to make sure we were comfortable. My wife & I were in San Jose for a month and we both needed to get a routine dental cleaning. My wife being a former hygienist in the states is rather picky. She found Dr Rubinstein at Prisma Dental. Even though we were new patients we were able to schedule an appointment within a week. The office is in a nice area of San Jose. The office itself is very clean and organized and they even have their own lab. They could get me a new retainer in about an hour. They are also reasonably priced. I am 40 years old from the United States and this is the best dental I have ever received. Dra Carolina was soft, genuine, & caring in her approach and touch. I received $16,500 worth of work (quoted from my dentist) for $3604. Not only was it less expensive, but this dentist was infinitely better than my dentist back home. The facilities are extremely clean and professional. I will be flying back to Costa Rica whenever I need dental next.
